We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
- The product must not show signs of use or damage
- Original seals and protective films should remain intact (if applicable)
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return is simple:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label (for returns within Germany)
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Attach the shipping label and drop off at your nearest post office or DHL service point
Return Shipping Costs
Within Germany: We provide a free return shipping label. You won't pay anything for the return shipment.
International Returns: For returns from outside Germany, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once we receive your return:
- Inspection: We'll inspect the product within 2-3 business days
- Approval: If approved, we'll process your refund immediately
- Refund Time: The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Exchanges

Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products with broken seals (such as earbuds or personal care electronics)
- Customized or personalized items
- Digital products or downloadable software
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at electronics.helpcenter@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
All our products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. If a defect occurs within this period, we'll repair or replace the item free of charge.
